CBOW was created to address a growing reality of modern life: people are under constant stress, mentally overloaded, and increasingly disconnected, while transportation one of the most frequent daily activities has remained emotionally passive and isolating.
Research in neuroscience, psychology, and environmental design consistently shows that music, familiar sensory input, and gentle interaction can reduce stress, regulate emotion, and improve overall well-being. Calm auditory environments lower stress hormones, while consistent lighting and non-intrusive engagement support mental comfort and focus.
CBOW applies these well-established principles in real transportation settings, offering brief moments of calm and emotional relief during travel. Even a few seconds of positive sensory experience can help people reset mentally and feel more balanced.
Transportation is a shared social space, yet it often isolates individuals. CBOW was designed to make travel more human and socially supportive, extending connection into the journey itself. By enabling shared music, cultural expression, and optional interaction,
CBOW Entertainment:
Reduces tension between riders and drivers This approach strengthens community bonds and transforms routine travel into a more respectful and inclusive experience.
From an economic perspective, CBOW moves transportation beyond a single-purpose service model. By focusing on experience, engagement, and comfort, CBOW creates new forms of value without increasing operational strain. The system supports:

CBOW is a strategic transition platform under NGMIT, not the final business. It generates early revenue, tests technology, and creates immediate jobs while building the capital, skills, and systems needed to move NGMIT into manufacturing and production industries.

Through CBOW, NGMIT shifts step-by-step from service-based operations to long-term industrial job creation, supporting its mission of sustainable growth and employment for low-income communities.

NGMIT (New Generation Manufacturing & Innovation Technology) is an umbrella organization with a long-term mission to create sustainable job opportunities for low-income communities through transportation, manufacturing & assembly , food processing, and garment production. Result: Improved family stability, reduced economic stress, and inclusive participation in local industry.

To create sustainable job opportunities for low-income communities by using CBOW as a transition platform that converts mobility and technology services into long-term manufacturing, production, and workforce development industries.
To build a community-centered industrial ecosystem where innovation, transportation, and production work together to strengthen families, grow local economies, and position NGMIT as a trusted manufacturing and services enterprise.
Tadele Kebede was born and raised on a coffee farm in Ethiopia, where hard work, discipline, and community cooperation shaped his early life. His parents were successful farmers who taught him that progress comes through persistence, shared effort, and responsibility to others. Coffee farming was not only an income it was a way of life built on trust and togetherness.
Despite their success, ethnic conflict and civil war forced Tadele’s family from their land, destroying their livelihood. During this period, his father passed away, and his mother remains displaced and living in poverty. These experiences left a lasting impact and became a lifelong motivation: to build systems that protect families, create stability, and prevent communities from falling into permanent loss.
At age 17, Tadele joined the Ethiopian Navy, serving six years with honor. Military service instilled discipline, leadership, and resilience. A service-related injury ended his naval career, but rather than stopping him, it redirected his path toward education and enterprise.
Following his service, Tadele returned to education and became a pioneer in private higher education. He co-founded Unity and Royal Colleges and founded Queen’s College among the first private colleges in Ethiopia providing access to education for thousands of students. In 2014, systemic corruption forced him to step away, ending a chapter but not his mission.
After immigrating to the U.S., Tadele rebuilt from the ground up. He trained in industrial garment manufacturing, aerospace machining, computer technology, and business analysis. Although a back injury ended his aerospace career, each experience added technical and operational knowledge that later shaped his integrated business vision.
In February 2025, in Seattle, Washington, Tadele founded CBOW (Chrome Beatz On Wheels) under NGMT LLC. CBOW was designed as a transition platform using transportation, AI, and entertainment to generate revenue, test technology, and create jobs, while preparing NGMIT’s long-term move into manufacturing and production industries.
Tadele’s life journey from coffee farming to naval service, educational leadership, displacement, and reinvention defines NGMIT ‘s mission. His work is driven by a deeply personal commitment: to create dignified jobs for low-income communities, strengthen families, and build systems that turn hardship into opportunity. NGMT is not just a business it is a legacy project rooted in resilience, trust, and long-term community impact.
The CBOW fleet is NGMIT’s mobility platform, designed to generate early revenue, test in vehicle technology in real-world conditions, and create immediate job opportunities while supporting the long-term transition into manufacturing and production industries.
CBOW vehicles integrate entertainment, lighting, AI-assisted systems, and rider control to transform everyday transportation into a calm, engaging, and human-centered experience. The fleet includes premium, community, and group transport models serving both luxury and affordable markets while functioning as a real-world innovation lab for NGMIT’s future manufacturing and electronics assembly operations.
NGMT’s garment division is a small-scale production initiative focused on creating stable jobs for low-income communities through uniform and institutional clothing manufacturing. Operating as a cottage-industry model, it provides hands-on training, steady income, and skill development while supporting hospitals, hospitality services, and public institutions with locally produced garments.
NGMT’s food processing division focuses on clean, efficient production from coffee processing to packaged food products. The division supports responsible sourcing and quality standards while ensuring food safety, food security, and reliable supply chains for local markets.
NGMIT will manufacture and assemble small parts, components, and systems for CBOW as well as for automotive, electronics, and other local industry applications strengthening domestic supply chains and supporting long-term job creation.
