CBOW (Chrome Beatz On Wheels) was founded on February 15, 2025, in Seattle, Washington by Tadele Kebede, a professional driver with extensive real-world rideshare experience.
After serving thousands of passengers, one important realization became clear: transportation often focuses on movement, but rarely on the quality of the journey itself.
CBOW was created to change that experience through thoughtful atmosphere, curated sound, passenger interaction, and modern transportation technology.
Operating under NGMIT LLC, CBOW continues developing transportation entertainment concepts designed to create a more relaxing, memorable, and enjoyable environment for everyday travel.

The NGMIT / CBOW uniform and rank system is a customized creative entertainment identity used for storytelling, music, orchestra presentation, leadership identity, and brand expression.
The uniforms are navy-inspired executive entertainment attire. They are not official military uniforms. The ranks and titles such as Admiral, Captain, and Commander are internal creative titles used within NGMIT LLC / CBOW Entertainment.
